Cristina (Florianópolis, 1955) was graduated in Medicine at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil (1979) and earned a Doctoral Degree in Medicine from Johannes Gutenberg University, in Mainz/Germany (1996). She was an University Professor untill 2017. She began her artistic studies in 2014 with the ceramists Tânia Correa and Ariadne Van der Linde, in Santa Catarina. In 2016-2017 she studied with Israel Kislansky in São Paulo, Brazil.
